Our loads are 100% monitored and tracked, which ensures real-time visibility and all the necessary conditions for assertive decision making in cases of eventualities in the journey.
And also:
- All our equipment has tracking technology installed to monitor online and real-time operations.
- We carry out the registration and qualification of every driver or owner of autonomous vehicles.
- All drivers must use a means of communication (radio or mobile phone) on each trip.
- All cargo and travel are prepared and stops and overnight stays in unauthorized locations are absolutely prohibited.
- We have contingency plans and specialized teams in emergency response.
- We carry out internal audits on compliance with the standards and procedures implemented, including those arising from ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 revision 2015.
- We have all the necessary conditions for taking urgent and remote actions and measures, such as: activation of locks, sirens, customer information and, if necessary, the police and the insurance company.
- We issue reports with all the information recorded in the system.
- We ensure unrestricted compliance with the conditions set forth in the insurance policy.
- We carry out an intensive training program for everyone involved.
